Yes, you get to choose exactly which products and colors will be made available for your t-shirt fundraiser. Campaigns linked to Tiltify fundraisers are limited to just our “shirts” category, but we still have a wide range of different shirts available to choose from including long sleeve, hoodies, sweatshirts and children’s products. 

You can only link one t-shirt fundraiser per Tiltify fundraiser, once linked it can not be replaced or swapped out so it’s important to finalize your merch design before connecting to Tiltify. 

The proceeds raised per shirt sold will change depending on the retail prices you set, designs, product choices and total products sold per batch. The more you sell, the more proceeds are raised for the nonprofit organization of your choice, but we guarantee that each shirt sold will raise $10 or more. 

Our products are sold in batches, this is similar to a pre-order. We collect orders for a set period of time, you control how long this batch length is, then send the orders to be fulfilled in a ‘batch’. This allows us to reduce the cost of printing, all of those savings are then passed onto the nonprofit. 

This does result in slower delivery times, but supporters can very clearly see expected delivery dates during checkout so they should know what to expect. 

When setting up the Tiltify integration, it will only work if selecting a DRAFT Bonfire campaign. If your t-shirt fundraiser has already been published, and is available on Bonfire then you will need to duplicate the campaign - which will convert it to a draft state - and try again to connect the fundraisers.
